Forensic analysis for people who cannot pay for it
The non commercial arm of the group. Same analysts, same standard, no fee.
A recording is often the only witness that does not have a reason to shade its account. It is also the piece of evidence most easily characterised by whoever produces it, because the person it is being used against usually has no way to examine it independently.
Buying that examination is not cheap. This is the arm of the group that does it without charging, using the same people and the same method as the paid work at neverenders.tech.
The Foundation was published on 25 July 2026 and has not yet taken a case. Nothing has been disbursed and no analysis has been produced under it. That number will change when it changes, and not before. This site reports what has happened, not what is intended.
What it takes on
-
PriorityA person facing the state without counselWhere a recording is central, the other side has already characterised it, and there is no funded expert on the other side of that characterisation. This is where an independent reading changes the most.
-
PriorityRecordings said to be complete when they are notGaps, resets, re-encodes and timestamps that do not reconcile with each other. Establishing that a file is not the continuous original it is presented as is often the whole question.
-
ConsideredCommunity and advocacy organisationsWhere the analysis serves more than one person, and the organisation cannot fund an expert.
-
DeclinedAnything where the answer is already decidedIf what is wanted is a report that reaches a particular conclusion, this is the wrong place. The method does not have a setting for that, and a report written to order is worthless the first time it is tested.
How it is funded
By the group
Out of the operating entities, not from public donations. The Foundation does not solicit money and has no mechanism to accept it.
Not a charity
It is not a registered charity, it issues no tax receipts, and it does not describe itself as one. It is an arm of a private group doing unpaid work.
Capacity is the limit
The constraint is analyst time, not money. That is why the honest answer to some requests is no, said quickly, rather than a queue that never moves.
Asking
There is no form. What to send and what happens next sets out what makes a request workable, and what the Foundation cannot do, including the things it will refuse outright.
